1. General Guidelines
KalpSetu adheres to the principle of “quality first, customer foremost.” Our quality assurance team inspects all products before shipment. However, if a return or refund becomes necessary, we offer the following:
- Return Window: 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Communication: For returns, email us at support@kalpsetu.in with your order number, issue description, and clear images.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Shipping:
- Unpaid orders can be canceled from your account dashboard.
- Paid but unshipped orders can be canceled by contacting our customer support.
- Made-to-order/custom products cannot be canceled once production begins.
Cancellation After Shipping:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
3. Return Process
If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or damaged item:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Include all original accessories and packaging.
- Upon approval, we will issue a full refund or exchange.
- Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or mis-shipped.
4. Faulty or Damaged Products
- For DOA (Dead on Arrival) items, contact us within 14 days.
- Provide order number, product images, and description.
- We may arrange pickup or ask you to ship it to our return address.
- Missing components may incur a deduction from your refund.
5. Conditional Returns (Up to 30 Days)
If you are not satisfied with your product but it is in brand new condition:
- We can offer a partial refund minus original shipping costs.
- Return shipping must be paid by the customer.
- All original accessories must be included.
6. After 30 Days
Returns or refunds will not be accepted beyond 30 days from the delivery date. Please contact support@kalpsetu.in for exceptions or queries.
7. Return Instructions
- Contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Include a note with your order number, reason for return, and item details.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
8. Important Notes
- If your package is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse to accept it and contact us immediately.
- Use standard courier services for returns to avoid high import duties.
- KalpSetu is not liable for returns lost in transit unless tracking is provided.
